Our Work

Explore how we've transformed the online presence and user experience of leading brands in the financial services industry.

Sales Have Changed

Discovery has shifted.

Referrals still matter, but they now lead to a Google search—or a question to an AI assistant. The firms showing up in those results aren't just well-known. They're well-structured. Your digital presence shapes what prospects learn about you before you ever get to speak with them.

The bar keeps rising.

Clients have seen what modern looks like. They compare you side-by-side in browser tabs. A website that felt current three years ago now works against you.

Digital experience signals operational quality.

The conveniences clients get from consumer brands have reset expectations. Friction or dated touchpoints don't just look bad—they raise questions about how you run the rest of your business.

FAQ

What industries does Paula work with?

Primarily financial services—banks, wealth managers, asset managers, fintech, FX specialists, and insurance. We also work with professional services and B2B companies where credibility is the product.

What size companies do you work with?

Our minimum project size is 10k. But our clients range from small boutique asset managers with 5 employees, to large banks like Scotiabank.

How long do engagements typically last?

Project work typically runs 3-6 months. But our best relationships are ongoing, some of our clients have been with us from the beginning.

Do you help with digital transformation strategy?

Yes. Strategy is where every engagement starts — understanding your business goals, your market position, and where the gaps are. But we also bring perspective on what you should be thinking about that you might not be yet — how your digital presence performs in AI search, whether your systems are ready for the automation your competitors are adopting, where you're leaving revenue on the table. The difference is we don't stop at the strategy. We design it and we build it. The thinking and the execution come from the same team.

What's the difference between Paula and a larger agency?

You get senior people doing the work, not junior staff learning on your project. You get one accountable partner, not a rotating cast. You get someone who's been on your side of the table and knows what it's like to pay for work that isn't finished. Larger agencies have scale. We have depth, ownership, and a commitment to getting it right.

Do you offer ongoing support after a project is complete?

Yes. Many of our clients start with a project—a website, a CRM implementation—and then stay for ongoing optimization and support. We offer flexible arrangements based on your needs.

How do I know if Paula is the right fit?

Get in touch, let's find out together!

Do you handle both creative and technical work?

Yes — and that's deliberate. Most agencies are either creative shops that can't touch your tech stack or implementers that can't think about how you show up in the market. We handle brand strategy, website design, CRM architecture, automation, integrations, and custom tools.

How does AI factor into what you do?

AI is in how we deliver everything. It accelerates the execution — writing code, drafting content, configuring systems, doing research — so a team our size can produce at the depth and pace of one much larger. On the operations side, we configure AI agents inside HubSpot: prospecting, scoring, research. On the design and development side, we use AI to build integrations, websites, and custom tools faster and more thoroughly than traditional workflows allow. But AI only works if the foundation is right — clean data, logical pipelines, sound architecture. We build the foundation first, then layer on intelligence. The rigor is human. The scale is not.
